Campus Scene: Student center gets new digs

WILMINGTON, N.C. — The LGBTQIA Resource Office at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington will be moving to the Port City Room in August.
A few months ago, the school announced that it was going to merge the diversity office with the Women’s Resource Center. No one wanted this merger due to the limited space and visibility issues.
Now, both factions are relieved, as well as community leaders, WECT-TV shared.
