Police have locked down the exterior doors of Time Warner Cable. For about an hour, delegates and guests have been prohibited from entering the venue. Inside, the convention floor has been restricted off and on all evening. QNotes’ photographer was able to gain access shortly after 8:30 p.m. John Kerry at podium now.
