FOX Charlotte highlights dramatic increase in Charlotte LGBT youth homelessness

FOX Charlotte’s Kirk Hawkins reported last night on a what local LGBT youth service organization Time Out Youth says has been a dramatic jump in the number of homeless LGBT young people in need of emergency housing. The housing, provided by volunteers, keeps teens and young adults off the streets after they’ve been kicked out of their homes or otherwise lost shelter.
