CHARLOTTE — College Democrats from across the state will descend on the Queen City to provide phone bank and canvassing support for Jennifer Roberts’ campaign efforts.
Roberts hopes to become the only female Democratic congresswoman for North Carolina. She is a loyal support of the LGBT community and would represent the Ninth District.
Accommodations are being sought for the students, whether it be a room or a spare couch. To assist, contact Gabriel Seth Koch, Young Democrats of North Carolina vice president and Roberts field director, at field@votejenniferroberts.com or Aisha Dew, Mecklenburg County Democratic Party chair, at aisha.dew@gmail.com.
