AIDS Walk to include comedy show

CHARLOTTE — The House of Mercy, a 24-hour housing and care center for those living with advanced HIV/AIDS, has announced it will hold their first annual comedy show in the artsy NoDa district on April 2.
The AIDS Benefit Comedy Show will be held at The Comedy Zone at Club Alive, 290099 North Davidson St. Entry is $10 and proceeds go to House of Mercy at the AIDS Walk, which will take place on Saturday, April 4 in Belmont. (see story from the March 21 print issue)
Acoustic artist Michelle Busiek will perform. The Chuckleheads Improv Troupe will also perform. A DJ will spin away the night after the benefit.
