Internationlist Prison Books Collective will host a Drag Bingo event, BLINGO BANGO BINGO, Thursday April 9 at 8 p.m. at the Nightlight on 405 1/2 W Rosemary St. in Chapel Hill.

Tickets are $3, or a paperback dictionary gets you in free. Bingo cards will be sold individually. The event will feature drag performances and BINGO games for such excellent prizes as piercings by an internationally renowned piercer, a tattoo discount, bike parts and repair, gift certificates to local businesses, delicious treats, and more. The anti-prison group sends hundreds of books and ‘zines to prisoners incarcerated in Alabama and Mississippi every month.
