Stephen Moller

GREENVILLE, S.C. The man found guilty of the May 15, 2007, killing of openly gay Sean Kennedy was released from prison a week early.

Stephen Andrew Moller was released from his 5-year suspended sentence on July 1. His sentence had already been reduced by two months after receiving a good behavior credit for receiving his GED while in prison.

“Again the judicial system failed they say one thing and do something else,” Sean’s mother Elke Kennedy said in a release. “He should have served every single day of the already short sentence, instead he was released from prison today, one week early. Where is the justice?”

On Feb. 11, Moller was denied early parole and his original release date was set to July 7.

  • It seems that this person can manage to behave himself in jail and nowhere else.

  • Oh I am sure he’ll be back.

  • This is a travesty of justice. A man dies at his hateful hands and he’s allowed to get a GED and taste freedom. Just deplorable!

  • There should be a site we could flood with email/calls some way to protest such a hateful injustice.

  • I think he should look carefully both ways before he crosses the street from now on

  • How DARE him even get to walk the streets of America again.
    He is a murderer.
MANY guys like him are actually closet gay or bi and cannot deal with it, so they lash out at others, as he did with Sean.
It is obvious that MOLLER has issues inside that he cannot deal with to put him in a sexual denial or rage that he lashed out.
    God saw his evil act.
He is trash, period….how dare him do this to Sean?

  • IT’S BLATANTLY OBVIOUS THAT NO ONE CARES ABOUT ANY OF US FAGGOTS DYING FROM A HATE INSPIRED ATTACK. EVEN GOD HIMSELF WHO IS (if he exists at all) THE DEFENDER OF THE OPRESSED AND BOUND, SAYS IN THE BIBLE: Lev.20,13 If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination (to’evah); they shall be put to death, their blood is upon them
SO IF GOD HIMSELF WANTS US DEAD… WHAT HOPE DO WE HAVE?. DO NOT BE CONCERNED ABOUT INJUSTICE TOWARDS US. IF JUSTICE EXISTED AND IT COVERED US HOMOS, THEN YOU MIGHT HAVE A REASON TO COMPLAIN.
    WE MUST KILL GOD.
