I don't know -- does it really cost $1 a person to provide temporary sanitation? But if the estimate is accurate, it sounds like this march will be relatively miniscule. Kip talks dismissively about a "mentality of scarcity." Guess what, times are tough, or hasn't he noticed all the unemployment, foreclosures and bankruptcies swirling about him? Sure, $200K is peanuts, but the march organizers still have a duty to make sure every dollar spent is worthwhile.
