Some say closeted, anti-gay politicians should be outed because of their hypocrisy. Do you think outing is appropriate?

  • When you enter public life, you give up 99 percent of your right to privacy. Voters have a right to know about your financial affairs and your sex life IF it potentially affects your job performance and voting decisions. However, there should be a connection made between the private life and the job actions. Outing someone simply for the shock value is not right; it should be for the sake of exposing hypocrisy and lies.
