On Sept. 12, 2009, Q-Notes traveled to Columbia’s Finlay Park for the 20th anniversary SC Pride festival and parade. Speaking to several LGBT leaders in the Palmetto State, we were also present for SC Pride President Ryan Wilson’s proposal to his boyfriend Shehan Welihindha!
