Equality North Carolina’s third annual conference and gala went off without a hitch in Greensboro on Nov. 14.

During the day, more than 300 community members attended educational and networking workshops on the campus of the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. White House Deputy Director of Office of Public Liaison Brian Bond was the keynote speaker. In the evening, 200 or gathered for Equality North Carolina Gala, where State Sen. Julia Boseman (D-New Hanover) was honored with this year’s Legislative Leadership Award.
