GREENSBORO — The Transgender Communications and Wellness Conference will be held on May 22 at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro’s Elliott University Center.

Keynote speaker is Dr. Richard Adler, co-editor of “Voice and Communication Therapy for the Transgender/Transsexual Client: A Comprehensive Guide.”

The keynote spot will be shared with Mara Keisling, executive director of the National Center for Transgender Equality, based out of Washington, D.C.

Greensboro Area Health and Education Center will offer .6 CEU (six contact hours) for all-day attendance. Registration is $95. The conference is supported by grants from The Adam Foundation, Guilford Green Foundation and Replacements, Ltd.
