Boseman not out
RALEIGH — Even though State Sen. Julia Boseman decided not to run for her seat again, she’s not leaving public service, at least she hopes not.
She filed to run for a newly-created District Court judgeship bench seat for New Hanover and Pender counties.
Boseman will leave her Senate post at the end of 2010 after three terms.
