Are you looking for a place to worship where everyone is accepted? A new LGBT-inclusive Christian faith community will open its doors in Columbia on March 28.

Freedom Worship Church, led by Pastor Ra’Shawn D. Flournoy, bases church fellowship on the Gospel of Jesus as stated in John 3:16. Flournoy strongly advocates and believes everyone has the right to exercise faith in and praise God.

Join Freedom Worship in their grand opening service on Sunday, March 28 at 3 p.m. Services will be held at 7900 Nell St.

In addition, Freedom Worship Church is recruiting volunteers. They are looking for individuals for the following roles: ushers, greeters, prayer partners, worship leaders, teachers, worship leaders, life group leaders, singers and musicians.

If you are interested in any of these positions, please contact Flournoy.
