Meditation: The Concept of Insight & Awareness Comments
Kennon Knight will lead this, twice per month, series of 1 hour sessions on meditation. This time will be spent with:
~Discussion of the history of this basic life tool
~ Four, 5 minute meditations, within the hour
~Becoming aware of your emotions, your afflictions and your nature ~Developing an understanding of what we do and why
~Instruction on how to create your personal meditation space
Kennon will help to guide you on the path of awareness of thought and help you get in touch with your subtle and observer energy.
This is about you becoming comfortable with yourself. Simply.... breathe.
