CHAPEL HIL, N.C. — The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill has announced that applications are being taken for the school’s Program in Sexuality Studies in the form of one or more Pine Tree Summer Undergraduate Fellowships in LGBT Studies.

The fellowships are for students, except for graduating seniors, who are need-eligible by the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.

The $4,000 award goes to support summer LGBT research projects, internships or other academically enriching opportunities.

Deadline is April 19. Announcement of awards will be on May 5.
