GayCharlotte Film Festival
The Lesbian & Gay Community Center of Charlotte present their second annual film festival bringing a diversity of film screenings to the Center and a local theater. Reconciliation Sunday
Holy Trinity Lutheran Church on The Plaza participates in the national Reconciliation Sunday on Jan. 31. Transgender advocate Pamela Jones, co-founder of the Interfaith Connection and Charlotte Community Center board member, will preach. Get more info at htlccharlotte.org.

Reconciliation Sunday
South Carolina Lutheran Bishop will speak at Reformation Lutheran Church for their observances of Reconciliation Sunday, Jan. 31. The church recently celebrated their first anniversary after passing policies of inclusion for all people. Greenville

Bulletproof
The PFLAG chapter in Greenville-Spartanburg will host Columbia pastor Rev. Candace Chellew-Hodge, who will speak about her book “Bulletproof Faith,” and sign copies. The event starts at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31, at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1925 Pelham Rd.

Lake Wylie

  1. Unfortunately we’ve had to cancel the Equality NC social event in Charlotte Friday due to the expected winter storm. We’ll reschedule and hold it in mid-March.

  2. if it doesn’t snow or its very little I going to laugh my pants off..just said the word snow and every one goes crazy, school cancel,business close.. then when there is no snow every one looks like fools, that they are..
