Speaker Moore admits HB2 repeal won’t happen even if Charlotte repeals ordinance

Gov. McCrory and the NCGA have been putting pressure on Charlotte to repeal the LGBTQ non-discrimination ordinance in exchange for an HB2 repeal. It appears that was a hollow promise.
