In a new study by the Williams Institute, researchers found that 25-year-olds raised by lesbian parents do as well on multiple measures of psychological health as adults from a population-based sample.
A larger survey of some 24,000 college students, found that one out of four women and one out of eight men whose last “hookup” was with a same-sex partner also said they identified their sexual orientation as straight.
Proposals for a $11,000 research grant for advanced graduate level LGBTQ family psychology and therapy by the American Psychological Foundation are due by Nov. 1.
