Charlotte-based Campus Pride continues its advocacy work to make colleges and universities more welcoming and affirming spaces for LGBTQ students.
Camp Pride, a program of Campus Pride, will be held from July 18-23 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is still open for participant registration.
The Sanctuary Restaurants movement, which seeks to designate eateries where all are welcome, has grown to include more than 300 restaurants across the country. Three are in North Carolina.
