For decades, drag has been a staple of the LGBT community. Dating back to the era of activism of drag queens at The Stonewall Inn in New York, N.Y., to today’s visibility through Pride festivals and television shows like “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” it’s never been as open and accepted as it is today.
